    Through my local pro, I ordered a set of SB-1's approximately 3 weeks ago. I was told that they would ship out in 8-10 business days. My pro called this pasted Friday, and he was told that you had no heads, and didn't know when they would be arriving. He was told that you were unsure when my irons would be able to be built. I can understand not having material. I'd keep my inventory as low as possible, too, with today's economic situation. It just would have been nice to have a representative call US to tell us about the situation instead of US having to call and check on irons that were supposed to be shipped 2 weeks ago...

    Not giving up on SCRATCH. Perhaps there was a good reason we were not contacted about the shortage and the delay...

    I am not a representative from Scratch but I can almost assure you that through HUGE amounts of growth, situations like this come up. Scratch has recently added staff to facilitate the needs of customers and facilitate the logistics of it's growing business. I can also assure you through personal experience, you will not be dissapointed when you recieve your SB-1's. They are beautiful ... and they feel/play great.
