Welcome to the Scratch Golf Forum.
If you have anything to talk about dealing with Scratch Golf please post!
A friend of mine has been playing Scratch wedges for the past six months or so. When I first saw the wedge with a fancy "S" in his bag I thought, "What the heck kind of wedge is that?" It was so simple and elegant.
I'm tired of club manufacturers putting "inserts" and screws and little yellow rubber triangles on their clubs that don't do anything.
It's nice to see a company that sticks to the basics and delivers quality equipment without a bunch of bogus marketing hype.
What do you think are some of the more ridiculous "technological breakthroughs" we've seen in the past few years?
I agree bh. There is a new wedge out that has an interchangeable face. Seriously???? The other thing I love to hear about equipment is the gigantic sweet spot clubs have. It is insane to think people buy these gimmicks. To each there own, I suppose.
Give me simple and something that actually works for my game. Save the spacecraft stuff for NASA.
I took a big chance ... well for me anyway, on Scratch. Only thing I have ever heard about Scratch is on Golfwrx.com and just hearing all the positive, I blindly ordered a set of EZ-1's. First day I got them, took them to the range. I was in love. I play Scratch wedges, Scratch Irons, Scratch Proto putter. It takes up most of my bag, and I can't wait to get a Scratch bag.
Ok, I'm a fanboy .... LOL.
You have pic's of your bag setup BillyP ??
I do, let me get them Sal, I need to actually take new ones anyway, NOW IS THE TIME! :)
