  I am a mid handicapper and am thinking a custom EZ set but with the square grooves in 5 to 7 irons and then a split cavity 8 to gw.
  What do you think?

  I game the EZ's, and am a 10 handicap and lowering ..... I play the EZ-1's .... they are that good. SO easy to hit, but you can still work them a bit. What is your swing speed, tempo, with your irons?
  
  My swing speed with my driver is 105ish, and I have a smooth swing tempo. I LOVE my KBS Tour Stiff soft stepped once.

  Hey fellow Canuck! You may even think of using a 4 iron also. All our irons set up beautifully, and the look and feel of the longer iron is unreal, so don't rule out the 4 iron. It's been 10 years since I've carried a 3 or 4, but I know have both in my SB 1's. Shoot me an email if you want to talk.
