Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Booking Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online booking system, membership program and use of our facility for their intended use. By subscribing to a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership Tiers and Fees
We offer various membership tiers with different benefits and pricing. Details of each tier, including pricing and number of included sessions, are available on our website.
3. Membership Sign-Up and Payment

To become a member, you can sign up through our website.

Membership requires providing your name, contact information, and payment details.

New members are subject to an initial sign up fee of £50, alongside the full payment for the monthly or annual fee.

Members under the monthly model are subject to a minimum commitment as specified in Section 4.

For monthly memberships, you will be charged the full monthly fee in advance at the time of sign-up. Thereafter, membership fees will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen tier.

We reserve the right to adjust our membership fees at any time. However, we will provide you with written notice of any price changes at least 1 month before the new prices go into effect.

4. Minimum Commitment and Termination

All memberships require a minimum commitment period of 3 months.

You can cancel your membership at any time after the minimum commitment period, but cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

To cancel your membership, you must submit a cancellation request through your online account or by contacting us in writing.

Cancellations made within the minimum commitment period will not be refunded.
5. Booking Reservations

Members can book simulator sessions through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

Availability for bookings may vary depending on your chosen membership tier and availability of the golf bays.

We recommend booking your sessions in advance, as slots are subject to availability.

Members are entitled to bring up to 3 friends subject to the member being present for the duration of the booking.

Any sessions included in a membership will expire at the monthly membership anniversary and will not rollover into the following period.
6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 of hours of your booking may result in the loss of your sessions within your specified plan.

No-shows for booked sessions will be considered a used session and cannot be rescheduled.

If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
7. Use of Our Facilities

Membership privileges are for the named member only and cannot be shared with others.

You agree to use our facilities in a safe and responsible manner and to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

We reserve the right to revoke your membership and refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or violates our policies.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and the proper functioning of our equipment. However, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages that occur during your use of our facilities.
