Place the ball in the centre of the strike mat within the hitting zone, in-line with the golf sim. A few inches off the detection area can prevent tracking.

If this still doesn’t work, try closing and re-opening the Trackman app on the PC.

We have speakers in every bay, which can be connected to your mobile device.

For SONOS Speakers:

Turn on your device's Bluetooth, and press and hold the power or Bluetooth button on the Sonos speaker until you hear a tone and the LED light flashes blue. Next, go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select the speaker from the list to pair them.

For in-built Speakers:

Simply turn on your device’s Bluetooth and select the speaker from the list to pair.
